Terms and Conditions

  • Please report any shortages or damages within 24 hours from the time of receiving your merchandise in writing via e-mail. Please explain the problem or defect and include any photographs if possible so that we may best assist you. It may be that only a replacement part is required instead of shipping the complete product back to us, which will be issued at our own discretion. Any returned items must be in the original condition with packaging and literature intact or in suitable similar packaging.

    We can not exchange self-assembly items if they have been assembled, unless faulty. Also, if you have tampered with the goods in any way, then a demand for a refund or replacement can be denied.

    Delivery:

    Delivery period – load shedding dependent 6 to 8 weeks – excluding courier ( 5 – 7 days)

    Cape Town – R750. Delivery & installation
    Gauteng – R 1580. Delivery only
    Durban – R1580. Delivery only

    Please note that we will not be held responsible for any delays in courier periods due to any unexpected changes

  • Please ensure that there is adequate space and that we are able to access the place of delivery before we arrive.
  • We will only be able to complete delivery if the goods are able to fit through lifts, on staircases, through passages and through doors at the place of delivery.
  • We are not able to hoist your items onto balconies or elevated areas that require this service.
  • We do not permit our delivery team to rearrange your furniture/household or clear any area in preparation of delivery.
  • We will deliver assembled goods or we will assemble the goods on site. Should you require that we assemble the goods at a later date, we will charge you a call-out fee, which must be paid in advance.
  • We cannot be held liable for any damage to goods or personal injury you or anyone else may suffer if you choose to assemble the goods yourself.
  • Goods delivered will be unwrapped on site and the packing and wrapping material removed unless requested otherwise.
  • The delivery crew is not permitted to move or take away with them any of your unwanted items.
  • If you are not at home on the date that has been agreed and the delivery agent cannot contact you, we reserve the right to charge you for the re-delivery.
  • Please note that for hygiene reasons we do not accept return of MATTRESSES.
  • Refunds will be at our discretion and no refunds will be considered after 48 hours from purchase. NO CASH REFUNDS.
  • Returns to us will be at your expense. We do not accept returns unless the goods supplied by us are in their original packaging and have not been self-assembled. We do not refund custom designs or any bed that has been self-installed.
